1. Nature of Services
Willows Augury provides tarot card readings, intuitive readings, divination services, and related spiritual or personal insight services.
Readings are intended for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment purposes only.
Information provided during a reading should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
If you require professional assistance in any of these areas, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Tarot, divination, and intuitive readings are interpretive in nature.
Willows Augury makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any reading. A reading does not guarantee that a particular event, relationship, financial result, career outcome, or other predicted circumstance will occur.
You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and choices following a reading.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to independently purchase or book a reading through Willows Augury.
By booking a service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Booking and Payment
Appointments are subject to availability.
Prices, session lengths, availability, and services are displayed at the time of booking and may be changed for future bookings at any time.
Payment may be required at the time an appointment is booked.
Appointments are not considered confirmed until the booking process and any required payment have been successfully completed.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans sometimes change.
Clients should cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded, subject to the circumstances and payment-processing limitations.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered non-refundable.
Willows Augury may make reasonable exceptions at its discretion for emergencies or extraordinary circumstances.

6. Late Arrivals and Missed Appointments
Clients are responsible for being available at their scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, your reading may still end at the originally scheduled time so that other appointments are not affected.
Clients who fail to attend an appointment without providing notice may forfeit the appointment and payment.
If Willows Augury must cancel an appointment, you will be offered an opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund for the affected service.

7. Refunds
Because readings involve reserving appointment time and providing a personalized service, completed readings are generally non-refundable.
Dissatisfaction with the interpretation or outcome of a reading does not automatically qualify a client for a refund.
This policy does not limit any refund or consumer rights that may be required by applicable law.

8. Online Readings and Technology
Online readings may rely on internet connections, video conferencing, email, telephone services, or other third-party technology.
Willows Augury is not responsible for interruptions or technical problems outside of our reasonable control.
If a significant technical problem prevents a reading from being completed, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or otherwise resolve the affected appointment.

9. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to communicate respectfully.
Willows Augury reserves the right to refuse or immediately terminate a reading involving harassment, threats, abusive behavior, sexually inappropriate conduct, discrimination, illegal activity, or other conduct we reasonably determine to be inappropriate or unsafe.

10. Right to Decline a Reading
Willows Augury reserves the right to decline, discontinue, or redirect a reading when we believe a question or situation is inappropriate for our services.
This may include requests involving professional medical diagnoses, legal determinations, financial guarantees, criminal activity, or other matters better handled by qualified professionals.

11. Personal Responsibility
Any decisions you make after receiving a reading are your own responsibility. You should use your own judgment and seek appropriate professional advice when making significant decisions concerning your health, finances, legal matters, employment, relationships, safety, or other important areas of your life.

12. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Information voluntarily shared during a reading will be treated with reasonable care. However, you should avoid providing sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the reading.

Unless otherwise stated, the Willows Augury name, branding, website content, written materials, graphics, photographs, service descriptions, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Alghazali & Co. LLC.
